The Alloys International Difference...
Forging is a manufacturing process where metal is pressed, pounded, or squeezed under great pressure into high-strength parts. The process is normally (but not always) performed hot by preheating the metal to the desired temperature before it is worked.
Forged parts can vary in size, shape, and sophistication – from the hammer and wrench in your toolbox, to close tolerance precision components in the Boeing 777 and NASA space program.

We've Got What You've Been Looking For!
Alloy's extensive supply of available mill-certified billet, along with special arrangements with aerospace-approved forging facilities, assures high-quality forgings. We take special measures to ensure that our forgings are cleaned properly and carefully inspected before shipment. When coupons are required, they are properly stenciled and both the coupon and forging are strapped together for identification. Our forgings are fully certified and shipped along with full test certificates.
