Quality control procedures conform to all FAA standards. Quality management system certified to AS9100D and ISO 9001:2015

Non-destructive

Alloys International works with accredited network partners to offer complete non-destructive testing services – including surface inspection by visual and fluorescent penetrant dye testing. For magnetic material, magnetic particle inspection is used. Examination and inspection for internal defects by ultrasonic testing completes the range of techniques offered.

Traceability

Quality assurance means traceability. At Alloys International, incoming material is documented at every possible step through final inspection and shipment. All documents are maintained for a minimum of 10 years for immediate recall. Additional document retention period requirements can be met on an order-by-order basis.

Our quality management system is certified to AS9100D and ISO 9001:2015 and our quality control procedures conform to all FAA standards. We can also add any other necessary requirements to achieve your desired level of quality control.

Quality Clauses

These Quality Clauses must be followed and flowed down through the entire supply chain if they are called out on the Purchase Order for the material that you are supplying. The latest revision of these Quality Clauses always prevails. These Quality Clauses are IN ADDITION to Alloys International Terms and Conditions.

Q01 ISO 9001 certification required, including flow-down to all sub-tiers
Q02 AS9100 or AS9120 certification required, including flow-down to all sub-tiers
Q03 Any special processes performed on material require approval from Alloys International
Q04 Material must meet DFARS 252.225-7014 – Preference for Domestic Specialty Metals
Q05 Material must be from a domestic (USA) origin, manufacture and melt
