Nimonic Alloy 90

Material Data Sheet

Alloy Nimonic® 90 is a precipitation-hardenable nickel-chromium-cobalt alloy strengthened by the addition of Titanium and Aluminum.

Alloy 90 has a high-stress rupture strength and creep resistance at temperatures up to 920°C. Nimonic® 90 is typically used in extreme stress applications. Nimonic® 90 is welded using shielded metal-arc welding, gas-tungsten arc welding, gas metal-arc welding, and submerged-arc welding methods. Nimonic® 90 is hot worked or forged at temperatures ranging from 1800 to 2150°F (983 to 1177°C)
